What wonderful information!

We will post this on the Young Inventor Challenge page on the website and refer new entrants.

Thank you!

If I could make a plug for a really cute, fast playing game that looks great in an Easter Basket -- Buck Buck Moose -- which I see can also be purchased for under $10 on Amazon. Several hrs spent seething over a game title title title, selfishly hoarding all of the qualities you'll have the ability to -’Monopolizing’ so to speak- and determining your hard gained money like some type of cartoon uniform. So far removed reality, yet concurrently satisfying knowing that avarice all of this-encompassing must be savored. And what true fan of Monopoly doesn’t, a number of occasions, question aloud, “Dontcha wish these funds was real?”

Re: New York Toy Fair 2012: Trends pt. 2

It is strange that in 2012 Hasbro wants to take such a big step backwards. Why would you ever want to try to alienate potential consumers. Even in the 80s no one talked about "boys" games. There were the regular games and toys and the prissy ones. Yet 30 years later we are going to leap back to the 50s. Just weird.

Re: The Terrible 2s: When “2 or More” player games should just be “or More”

I got the card game Bang! for Christmas and sold it for just this reason. You have to have at least four people to play so I wouldn't be able to play it very often. I sold it and used the money to buy a game that works great with two people.

Re: BBQ Blitz: Yummy design, yummy game!

Educational Insights creates some gorgeous games.
Even as a kid, I got bored of them real fast, busting out with them only when I had company. Examples: Hungry Hippos, Elefun, Don't Break the Ice, Cooties, etc.

They do make great holiday buys, though, and should do well there.

Between new and professional inventors I'd say 100+ but there are just as many -- if not more -- industry folks to network with.
